Meet Casey.
Casey came into our care back in March. She was extremely malnourished on arrival, but has thrived in foster care and is now looking for a home to call her own.
Casey is a 2/3 year old pitbull/staffie x with an extremely sweet nature. She is an energetic girl that loves walks, hikes and all forms of play. Casey loves a cuddle and will happily lay up beside you or at your feet. She’s very affectionate and will make a vey loyal and loving companion.
Casey loves the car and will happily hop in to go on an adventure. She is crate trained and is content when left alone for short periods of time. She loves her soft toys and will always make sure they are tidied away on her bed. She really enjoys lick mats and toys that provide mental stimulation.
Casey had been attending dog classes and knowns a lot of commands. She loves to use her brain and would thrive with an owner that could provide further training. She also walks well on the lead. Casey is a young, strong dog so needs a home with dog savy kids 12+. Unfortunately we have found she can be reactive to other dogs so she will need to be the only pet in her home. She also falls into the restricted breed category so she requires an experienced owner that is willing to continue her training.

* Crate trained
* Muzzle trained
* Loves the car
* Loves outdoor adventures
* Knows basic commands (Sit, stay, down, paw, come etc)
* Neutered
* Fully vaccinated
* Microchipped
Casey needs:
* Dog savy kids 12+
* Only pet in home
* No cats
* Experience with dogs, ideally with similar breeds, or willingness to show knowledge of restricted breed requirements.
