Meet Clara. Clara was trapped at the dump along with her kittens. We initially thought she was a feral cat but she was so thin we didn’t want to release her back so we decided to take her into care and at least fatten her up a bit. Turns out Clara is a social cat & used to humans so we can only assume someone dumped her and her kittens 😔. She wasn’t even 2kg when she came into care, she also had a badly damaged hip but she managed to keep her kittens well fed and safe. Clara had orthopaedic surgery once she had put on some weight and it was a total success! She is now almost 3.5kg and mealtime is her favourite time of the day! She is chunky with a fabulous shiny coat and she loves rubs. She has very pink skin on her ears so will require sun screen March – October. Although her coat is thickening on her ears so she may not always require this. Clara would like a quiet home where she gets lots of rubs and meals.
Clara is about 1 years old. She is used to dogs and other cats. She is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for parasites. Complete the adoption form https://lspca.ie/application-forms/cat-adoption-application DAFM no KPT200001C
